RAJAR RESULTS Q1 2013 • Plant Rock was launched in 1999 as the first classic rock radio station in the UK, with presenters and listeners who are truly passionate about rock. • The station is where rock lives, playing music from iconic artists such as AC/DC, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd. • Planet Rock’s presenters include Paul Anthony at Breakfast and Alice Cooper presents the late show from 9pm-1am. DefLeppard's Joe Elliott on Saturday evenings, My Planet Rocks (in which rock stars, authors and various other personalities pick their favourite music), and American blues rock guitarist and singer, Joe Bonamassaon Sundays. • The station has also featured an array of rock stars who have been guests or presented occasional shows on the station, including OzzyOsbourne, Meat Loaf, Iron Maiden’s Bruce Dickinson, and The Who’s Pete Townshend.
