Point three: Organizational Requirements • The organizational requirements an conditions that are necessary for the development of the national Networks. • Members and clarity of membership • Clarification and development of the goals • Establishment of working and appropriate organisation structures • Funding and securing of resources • Networking with other actors within the field of counselling and abroad • Clear policies and actions of the governments What ist the state at our Networks, and what is the „state of the art“?

  9. Our Outlook • The Guidance Network Project has a good and extensive Programme with the extremely important impetus to Lifelong-Counselling. We should focus very much on the defiances which are included in the ongoing change • We are sure, that the networking on an European level can bring a surplus to this questions and to each single national Network • We hope, that we will have an intensive discussion within the Project within the next one and half year • And we hope, that we – the AEWB – can give some impulses to the project, but we are sure, that we will get a lot of stimulation for our further research, teaching and development work.
