SWOT Analysis • Strengths: Strong relationship with ComSoc by Chapter Chair. • Weaknesses: Organizing activities and active Chapter Leaders (under development) • Opportunities: Strong university and Industry activities in Communications and Signal Processing technologies. • Threats: Thinking others will handle Chapter.

  6. 2013 Chapter Plans / Issues • Increase Chapter activities via Joint meetings and DL then as volunteers are engaged, hold technical meetings of interest. • Focus on engaging students and industry • Utilize ComSoc provided funds to engage the members and prospective members

  7. 2013 Chapter Plans / Issues • Develop active group of Chapter Leaders • Continue Technical & Administrative Meeting • Distinguished Lecturers (DLTs), ComSoc & Signal Processing • PACE Project (joint with other chapters)
