  2. iPhone Email Setup Select your affiliation: Arts & Sciences Hamilton Holt Crummer Faculty / Staff Alumni / Emeritus

  3. iPhone Setup 1. Go to Settings 2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars 3. Select Add Account… 4. Select Other 5. Select Add Mail Account Input this information Then select next. Back Continue Setup

  4. iPhone Setup Cont… • Select IMAP • Input your info • Input Incoming Mail Server info: pod51004.outlook.com Back Continue Setup

  5. iPhone Setup Cont… • Input info for Outgoing Mail Server pod51004.outlook.com 2. Select Next Back Continue Setup

  6. iPhone Setup Cont… • For Incoming Settings, Use SSL should be on • Server Port is 993 Back Continue Setup

  7. iPhone Setup Cont… Make sure Outgoing Mail Server settings are current Select SMPT server Then, select pod51004.outlook.com Back Continue Setup

  8. iPhone Setup Cont… • Make sure your Outgoing Mail Server info is correct • Use SSL is OFF • Server Port is 587 • Select Done Back Done

  9. iPhone Setup • Go to Settings • Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars • Select Add Account… • Select Microsoft Exchange • Select Add Mail Account Input this information Then select next. Back Continue Setup

  10. iPhone Setup • Input Server, which is webmail.rollins.edu 2. Select Next Back Done

  12. Windows Live on Android 1. From the Home screen, tap the Application button.2. Tap the Email icon.3. If this is your first email account, you will be presented with an email setup screen. Tap the Next button. Otherwise, press the Menu button, tap Accounts, press the Menu button, and tap Add account.4. In the Type your account email address box, enter your entire email address (e.g., username@rollins.edu).5. In the second box, enter the password associated with your email account.6. Tap the Manual setup button. Back Continue Setup

  13. Windows Live on Android 7. Tap the IMAP account button.8. Enter the following information in the fields provided: • Username-Enter your entire email address (e.g., username@rollins.edu). • Password-Enter the password associated with your email account. • IMAP server-Enter the secure server name:pod51004.outlook.com • Port-Enter the secure port number: 993 • Security type-Select SSL (always). • Note: Be sure the Port number is still 993. 9. Tap the Next button. The device will connect to the internet and check your incoming settings. Back Continue Setup

Windows Live on Android • On the Outgoing server settings screen, enter the following information in the fields provided:SMTP server-Enter the secure server name:pod51004.outlook.com • Port-Enter the secure port number: 587 • Security type-Select SSL (always). • Note: Be sure the Port number is still 587. pod51004.outlook.com Back Continue Setup

  15. Windows Live on Android 11. Tap the Require sign-in checkbox.12. In the Username box, enter your entire email address (e.g., username@rollins.edu).13. In the Password box, enter the password associated with your email account.14. Tap the Next button. The device will connect to the internet and check your outgoing settings.15. On the Account options screen, make changes, as desired. 16. Tap the Next button. On the Set up email screen, enter your name in the Type your name field. This is the name that will be displayed in the From field of email messages you send.17. Tap the Done button. Back Done

  16. Android Setup • Select Add new email account • Select Exchange account Back Continue Setup

  17. Android Setup • Enter your Rollins email address • Enter your Rollins email password • Enter the Exchange Server name: webmail.rollins.edu 6. Select Next username@rollins.edu webmail.rollins.edu Back Done

  19. BlackBerry Setup • Go to email settings • Select create new account • Enter your Rollins email address • Enter “1234” for password Back Continue Setup

BlackBerry Setup • Select provide settings to add new account • Enter the following account settings: • Email Address: Enter your Rollins email address (e.g., juser@rollins.edu). • User name: Enter your Rollins UserID. • Password: Enter your Rollins email password. • Email Server: pod51004.outlook.com • Select Next. Back Done

  21. BlackBerry Setup • To receive your Rollins email on your BlackBerry, you must contact your mobile phone service provider and add BlackBerry Enterprise Server to your plan. • If you have BES and want it activated, please come by the Rollins IT HelpDesk located in the Olin Library. Done
