Reportable Offenses Guilford County Schools 712 North Eugene Street • Greensboro, NC 27401 North Carolina General Statue 115C-288 indicates the procedures for reporting specific offenses to school administrators, and if necessary, law enforcement authorities. Sixteen (16) “reportable offenses” must be reported to law enforcement, the superintendent and the Department of Public Instruction. Additionally, there are eleven (11) offenses that must be reported to the superintendent and the Department of Public Instruction. Each reportable offense spans a continuum of severity.
