Departments and staff are responsible to determine their work plans. This is a shift from Activity-based Programming to Results-Based Management. The pillars stand for strategic areas around which the core business of the Commission will be organized. For each pillar, inter-departmental and cross-sectoral programmes will be rolled out to ensure an integrated approach.
