  3. The AUC to disseminate and partners to facilitate the use of the updated M& E indicators reference guide to all stakeholders

  4. The AUC to lead an assessment of the accountability tools and processes at all levels; global, continental, regional and national, in order to insure synergy of existent mechanisms and reporting tools such as AWA, APRM and PAP

  5. Partners to advocate for and provide technical assistance to the mobilization of increased and sustainable domestic resources as well as the efficient application of resources (1)

  11. AUC in collaboration with partners to facilitate (continental) dialogue at the highest level possible and secure commitment to sustainable finance options to address the current health financing crisis in Africa
