Reflections on My First Year at EFE: Challenges and Triumphs

After a year at EFE, the journey was filled with confusion, exhaustion, and unexpected lessons. Initially, we struggled to grasp what studying really meant, often breaking rules unknowingly. Yet, as time passed, we adapted and found joy in learning and teamwork. From dressing smartly for exams to navigating the rigors of academia, our experiences were both challenging and rewarding. Despite the difficulties—including a tough first semester—we discovered that studying at EFE is an adventure enriched by integration trips and camaraderie.

  1. OUR IMPRESSIONS After the first year on EFE Marta Pustuł

  2. At the beginning we did not quiteknowwhatstudyingmeans... • We were a little bit lost and confused

  3. Sometimes we used to break the rules... • only because we did not know that there were so many of them...

  4. Sometimes wedid not know what was going on during lectures and exercises • but soon we learned a face, which really helped • „this is absolutely obvious”

  5. Learning for exams was easy and pleasant • and the fact that we were exhausted, sleepy and had anindifferent attitude to everything around us... it was pure coincidence

  6. Sometimes we had to stand on our heads, to please the professors • that’s why sometimes we applied a team work...

  7. Of course, a tidy dress for final exams is useful • Otherwise...

  8. Fortunately, the bosses tookcare of us anddid not allowus to go mad

  9. Unfortunately, some of usdid notsurvie the first semester and it was a shock for theothers • even imploring look and „”pleeease’ did not result in better grade in your index which could save your skin...

  10. Fortunately, the studies are not only learning Integration trips • But also fun And traveling with the bossesfromdifferent departments, which sometimes made us very tired...

  11. But despiteall • STUDYING AT EFE IS COOL!!! 
