  1. Board Member Wulvern Housing is an award winning, dynamic housing association providing affordable homes and services to customers across Cheshire and Staffordshire. We are looking to appoint a high-calibre independent board member who shares in our organisational vision and values and is able to successfully contribute to the organisations efficient service delivery and make a real difference to our customers. Our Board is responsible for overseeing performance, setting strategic direction and ensuring compliance. We are seeking a highly motivated, focused team player with strong business acumen who has worked in a regulated sector at a strategic level. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the delivery of large Capital Programs, Facilities Management, IT and Database Security and Risk and Compliance. A housing association development background would be advantageous but not essential. This role will require a high level of commitment, as you will be required to attend regular meetings and undertake any necessary training and development where required. In return, Wulvern will offer you £3500 per annum and the opportunity to grow and develop your skills and knowledge.
