  2. Creating A Blog • A Blog post is an entry (article) written in a blog. It can include content in the form of texts, photos, infographics, etc. • Creating a great blog post isn’t difficult. Following a basic structure formula that gives your posts great “bone structure” will provide you with the ability to drape them with creative style, reliable information and compelling resources.

  3. Suggested structure for a blog post • Title • Introduction • Featured image • Main content • Conclusion

  4. Title • Capture the attention of potential readers • Include the primary keyword phrase to use when searching for the topic • Generally speaking, the post title will be used as the title tag that appears in the search results.

  5. Introduction • Present a blog post’s general idea • Show why readers should read it • Provide the targeted keyword phrase for search engines at least once

  6. Featured image • A featured post image is an image used to support a blog article or web page. You can also call it the primary image. • Make sure it catches readers’ attention and promotes the blog post’s message

  7. Main content • You need to take a look at other content in your niche. Try to figure out what is working for the leading thought leaders and come up with a game plan to create even better content. • Break the content into digestible sections with appealing headlines • Develop one broad, complete idea within one paragraph

  8. Conclusion • Summarize the content to make readers understand what material was covered • Include a call to action in the last line (ask readers to share their thoughts or share the post on social media; just encourage people to learn more about the topic)
