  2. Positiv erklæring om virksomhedens soliditet (fx bankerklæring, soliditetserklæring eller lignende) skal vedlægges tilbudet. Erklæringen skal være underskrevet af udsteder, som kan være et anerkendt pengeinstitut, en bank eller lignende. Erklæringen kan ikke udstedes af tilbudsgiver. Det anbefales, at erklæringen vedlægges som Tilbuds-Bilag 4.
