  2. Companies to contract with • Columbian Financial Group or CFG • Mutual of Omaha or MOO • Foresters • Monumental • The will need to send you a copy of their license and voided check.

  3. Walking through contracting • Go to NAAcontracting.com • NO GOOGLE CHROME • Bottom left side “NAA & Carrier Contracting” • Click CFG and Next. It will ask individual or corporation, choose individual. • Demographics- fill in any blanks( if home address is the same fill it in twice) click next. Background questions. • Business Affiliation- Company Name: NAA Business Address: same as home Title: Field Agent • Financial – banking information, will need bank address if they don’t know it tell them to google it. • Click Finish(saving answers) – up in top left corner under “things to do” signature needed for CFG. It will open a PDF scroll through and sign wherever it is highlight in YELLOW and it will say “click here to sign” press submit to NAA.

  4. If they did everything correctly then it will show for us to sign the contract as well. • Send the license and check to contracting@naaleads.com HAS to be in PDF form, include the agents NAME and NAA#. • Let them know their HW will be to complete the other 3 companies. BAMFAM
