Investigation of WA and TMZ Effects on U251, U138, and T98G Glioblastoma Cell Lines

This study explores the impact of varying concentrations of WA (0.5µM to 100µM) and TMZ (300µM) on the expression of key proteins in U251, U138, and T98G glioblastoma cell lines. We measured levels of HSP70, HSP32, AMPKα, p-AMPKα, mTOR, and p-mTOR, along with actin as a loading control. Results reveal the differential signaling responses across cell lines, enhancing our understanding of therapeutic mechanisms and resistance patterns in glioblastoma treatment.
