  3. Agenda • Meeting Introduction & Review of Operations Workgroup Goals • Clarification of Operations Workgroup Scope • Discuss Operational Requirements for Expanded Analysis User Story • Next Steps

Review of Operations Workgroup Goals • Defined Goals of Operations Workgroup • Documented and Detailed the Operations Requirements for User Stories and inclusion in the Use Case and Requirements document being prepared by Clinical Working Group; • Ensure linkage between the Query Health Initiative and the guidance received from the Health IT Policy Committee (HITPC) and the Privacy and Security Tiger Team, and; • Preparation of guidance documents (as prioritized by the work group), such as those related to: • Adherence to privacy and security requirements and considerations; • Evaluation of transaction cost / time to implement distributed queries; • Other operational guidance (or feedback to other responsible groups)

Clarification of Operations Workgroup Scope • Our focus is “Requirements” and not “Solutions” right now • We want to make sure that the generic requirements we have developed are appropriately tailored to the Expanded Analysis Story • We want to answer the question, “When you participate in a pilot, do you meet the following requirements…” • Our next steps will include developing a model Data Use Agreement; as a group we want to determine where we can add most value to the Initiative • Currently not in scope to talk about specific Implementation Requirements (Solutions)

  6. Review of Operational Requirements for Extended Analysis • Review User Story Supplement • Flush out generic requirements so they are tailored to Expanded Analysis WG

  7. Next Steps • Finalize Operational Requirements for inclusion in the Use Case next week • Develop Model Data Use Agreement • Brainstorm next steps and what the group envisions as outputs going forward
