    1. Cas Clinique 3 Homme de 55 ans. En 2001, lymphome B établi par biopsie et immunomarquage d’une adénopathie cervicale ; traitement par radiothérapie. En 2008, la biopsie d’une ulcération anale permet un diagnostic histologique d’histiocytose langerhansienne confirmé par les immunomarquages. De septembre 2008 à mars 2009, 6 cures de vinblastine 9 mg et dexamethasone avec une bonne réponse clinique.
