  4. Planning & Programming Goal: Review 10-year Rebuild Houston plan Evaluate & recommend changes to execution of projects Review criteria to prioritize street and drainage projects

  5. Program Finance Goal: Review & make recommendations to the financial structure of Rebuild Houston program

  6. Mentoring & Job Training Goal: Establish & implement small business programs Determine partnerships with key stakeholders

  7. Communications & Brand Development Goal: Review existing communications Make recommendations on Rebuild Houston brand Recommend community engagement activities

  8. RHOC Meetings Fourth Tuesday each Month at 10:00 am In Mayor’s Conference Room Send suggestions for Rebuild Houston Oversight Committee to Jeri@oneworldstrong.com
