  2. Identify the organ and structures Describe the gross findings Diagnosis?

  3. Diverticulosis A section of colon reveals numerous diverticula which protrude from the edge of the taenia coli (*). The colon is cut in cross section revealing the diverticuli (contain feces) and the empty colonic lumen.

  4. Describe the histologic findings

  5. Diverticulosis A low power view of the colon reveals two diverticuli. A – mucosa B - diverticulum
