  10. 3 categories of users • Operator: • Access to all data in read mode only • Clear/Reset actions • Personnel qualified to set protection functions • Know the «Setting» code (1 key) • Operator + access to protection settings • Personnel qualified to set Sepam parameters • Know the «Parameters» code (2 keys) • Operator + access to protection settings + access to Sepam parameters

  11. Working language • All the texts and messages are available in 2 languages: • English, the working language by default • a second, local language • French or Spanish • customized language, created via SFT2840 software

  18. Series 40 & 80 Series 20 Alarms List Details Alarms • Used to look up the 16 most recent alarms not yet acknowledged Alarms are not saved in the event of a power failure. • "List" loop: press the button to clear the alarms displayed

Series 40 & 80 «Alarms» menu (cont'd) Acknowledged alarm • “Alarm details” loop • The loop presents the details of alarms that have not been cleared (16 maximum). • Alarms that have not been acknowledged are differentiated from acknowledged alarms by the icon:  • 2 cases occur when the clear key is pressed • The alarm is not acknowledged: the alarm is acknowledged but not cleared. • The alarm is acknowledged: the alarm is cleared and the user goes on to the next one or to the menu if there are no more alarms. Unacknowledged alarm

  20. Series 20, 40 & 80 Reset reset • Resets Sepam and / or releases protection latching PHASE FAULT

There is one field for each protection function (ANSI code), provided access to: Series 80 «Protection» menu (cont'd) • protection threshold (if protection setting is allowed on the DSM module). • time delay setting • Only protection functions with at least one unit activated are displayed. Some protection settings may not be adjusted. A specific screen informs the user when this is the case.
