ECO Air Delivery (ULB) TTPs MMDC initiates supply pull and Calls DASC/TACC for A/C allocation LCE (MMDC/MMCC) receives request and determines delivery mode must go to ACE DASC/TACC receives DZ GPS coordinates from Requesting Unit (via chain of command) Bn determines request must go to LCE MAGTF Concurs Company determines request must go Higher ULB route and drop sequence programmed at ACE P3 and AD pack and prep loads Requesting Unit calls for Resupply P3 and AD move supplies to flight line, and integrate supplies into ULB “Short Final” Check Between Requesting Unit and ACE, confirming drop time/location Requesting Unit picks up resupply & confirms receipt via comms ULB deploys resupplies ULB launches ULB RTB

ECO UGV CASEVAC TTPs Requesting Unit Identifies LZ, and Calls Companyfor Medevac Company Calls DASC/TACC for Medevac Bn monitors and Calls DASC/TACC for Medevac DASC/TASC Air Controller coordinates with PET UGV Evac to LZ Req’d Point of Injury Air Controller Allocates A/C and Notifies Requesting Unit Requesting Unit loads casualty on UGV for mvmt to LZ UGV moves to LZ Manned helicopter preps for pickup at txfr point A/C “Short Final” Check with requesting unit A/C Goes Airborne Patient is Trans-Loaded UGV Returns to Requesting Unit A/C Takes Off

  5. ECO UGV Distribution TTPs LCE P3 packs, preps supply package LCE receives request and initiates supply pull and internal request for transportation. LCE MT coordinates and plans convoy per MCRP 4-11.3F (Convoy Operations Handbook) and local unit SOP’s, with the exceptions and modifications in Appendix K (Draft) of MCRP 4-11.3F UGV is driven (either by driver overriding remote system, or teleoperated within close vicinity of vehicle) to Supply Staging Lot and supply package is loaded onto UGV LCE informs Requesting Unit of details on resupply Bn can not fill request, request goes to LCE Determination made that ground delivery via UGV is required and UGV is allocated UGV departs LCE CLA Company can not fill request, request goes Higher Communications between UGV Operator and owners of convoy route battle space Requesting Unit calls for Resupply UGV departs for next delivery point “Short Final” Check Between UGV Operator and Requesting Unit UGV returns to LCE CLA UGV Operator gives green light to Requesting Unit to manually control UGV Requesting Unit gives green light to UGV Operator to depart area Requesting Unit Manually Drives UGV to pick up point Requesting Unit Manually Drives UGV to unload point UGV enters Requesting Unit’s battle space and UGV Operator places UGV in “safe” mode. Requesting Unit unloads vehicle
