  3. Student Name Tab Fill out as many demographics as you can. Relationships Allow you to see any guardian contact information. Secure Info Allows you to see the student’s social security. Required information: Name (First & Last) Birthdate Release Information Preferred Address Updated 7/12014

  4. Address Tab Addresses are gathered under the “Address” tab. To see a full address click on the “+” sign to the right of the address line. Addresses are changed from active to inactive if they are updated or unavailable. Updated 7/12014

  5. Telecommunications Tab Phone numbers are entered into the telecommunications database. Contacts are changed from active to inactive if they are updated or unavailable. Updated 7/12014

  6. Academic Tab The academic tab will show the student’s academic records. Enrolled Status will show whether a student is enrolled, canceled or withdrawn. Updated 7/12014

  7. Academic Tab The academic tab will show the student’s academic records. Double click the #1 to see the record in detail. You can see the student’s advisor, campus, graduation application status, and more. Updated 7/12014

  8. Online Transcript Tab The online transcript will show a student’s unofficial transcript. This is available to them through selfservice.northwestu.edu. Updated 7/12014

  9. Scheduled Actions Tab Scheduled Actions shows progress on Transfer Evaluations, Petitions, Degree Audits and more. These are used for tracking follow-up of student requests. Updated 7/12014

  10. Stop List Tab Stop lists will show any holds that may prevent a student from registering. This shows the date of the hold, what the hold is and when it has been cleared. Updated 7/12014

  11. Test Scores Tab Test scores are entered in during transcript reviews and admissions. These are essential in allowing students to register when prerequisites come into play. Updated 7/12014
