As participants in this meeting, we need to be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. • There shall be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. • This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning pricing, rates, coverages, market practices or any other competitive aspect of an individual company’s operation. • Each participant is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussion falling outside these bounds.   6. Agreed scope of committee Scope: The AREA Security Committee will focus on current and anticipated future security risks associated with the use of AR enabled wearable and mobile devices in enterprise environments Chair: Tony Hodgson, Brainwaive CEO

  7. Charter (as drafted) • Identify, classify and prioritize security risks - known and anticipated security risks aligned with the the AREA Security Protocol • Develop and disseminate security mitigation recommendations and best practices to enterprises, device manufacturers, systems integrators, operators and organizations overseeing enterprise security • Support AREA’s AR Statement of Need Requirements, via review and contributions from a security perspective • Propose education and training programs for capacity building and skill development to enterprises, device manufacturers, systems integrators, operators and organizations overseeing enterprise security • Propose research projects and programs to document, inform and increase awareness of security risk and risk mitigation techniques and measures

High level plan - Deliverables • Raise awareness about the security challenges and risk that the deployment of AR devices can introduce into the enterprise and methodologies and approaches to help mitigate those risks • Create a white paper • Draft a series of posts for the AREA blog (per AREA’s blog editorial schedule) • Host a series of webinars for AREA members (quarterly) • Security perspective contributions to the AREA AR Security Protocol classifications and risk levels (per AREA’s AR Security Protocol classification and risk level matrix development schedule) • Incorporate a security focus into existing and future AREA AR use cases • Review existing use cases and make recommendations for revisions to include security aspect • Suggest security specific/focuses use cases • Propose and develop education and training program regarding AR wearables and devices in the enterprise

High level plan - Deliverables • Develop education and outreach program for enterprise IT leadership to recognize and understand how to create the foundations for secure AR application/deployment • Create a normative framework to align incentives in support of security that offer stakeholders across sectors and industries guidance on AR implementations • Research landscape of education and training programs • Undertake survey of AREA members on interest in such education and training programs • Develop an education and training program concept for consideration by the AREA Board • Propose a security by design methodology and protocol for the implementation of AR enabled devices in the enterprise • Undertake and produce an inventory of associated methodologies and protocols • Undertake and produce an inventory of associated standards and technical specifications • Survey AREA members to gain their input and perspective on a security by design methodology and protocol • Develop proposal for AREA consideration
