  7. LFC Low Foam Chlorinated Degreaser High alkalinity and bleach form the base of this low foam, high performance formula developed exclusively for CIP and pressure cleaning. LFC,s low foaming characteristic means less foam, less time to rinse. No clogged equipment and no pump cavitation. LFC,s bleach cleaning action provides quick protein removal and destaining. Buffered alkaline components react with fats (saponification) to emulsify, suspend and remove fatty soils, grease, oils and carbonized soils. Contains sodium silicates to protect most metal surfaces.   8. Directions for Use It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. At a minimum of 1 ounce per 4 gallons (200 ppm) this product eliminates 99.999% of the following bacteria in 60 seconds in 500 ppm hard water (calculated as CaCO3) according to the AOAC Germicidal and Detergent Sanitizing Action of Disinfectants test: • Campylobacter jejuni • Shigelladysenteriae • Escherichia coli • Shigellaflexneri • Escherichia Coli 0157:H7 • Staphylococcus aureus • Listeriamonocytogenes • Yersiniaenterocolitica • Salmonella choleraesuis Acid Sanitizer FP Effective Cleaner Regularly scheduled use of Acid Sanitizer FP prohibits the build up of mineral deposits.

For effectiveness against Escherichia coli O157:H7, Listeriamonocytogenes, Shigelladysenteriae, and Yersiniaenterocolitica use Metaquat Germicidal Cleaner at 6 oz. per gallon of water (1:20) pH 12.8 - 13.1 Metaquat is a specially balanced germicidal cleaner with the added boost of metasilicate. It combines disinfectant activity with excellent cleaning power at 2 oz. per gallon -- a 1:64 dilution. Metaquat is a deodorizer. It kills not just the bacterial source of odors, but neutralizes the odor causing chemicals themselves. Metaquat has been formulated for cleaning and disinfecting nonporous, hard environmental surfaces such as floors, walls and other similar hard surfaces. Metaquat contains no phosphates. It does contain synthetic detergents, wetting agents, builders and chelating agents which represent the latest advances in cleaning technology and environmental disinfection *Fragrance Free*

  10. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: General Cleaning: 1. Apply with a sponge, brush, mop or pump-up sprayer. Also use in automatic floor machines and cold industrial dip tanks. 2. A 1:10 dilution [12 oz./gal.] or [90 ml/l] is recommended for most cleaning jobs. For lighter cleaning jobs, SC-200 may be diluted up to 1:20 or 1:30 [4 to 6 oz./gal.] or [30 to 45 ml/l]. 3. Rinse SC-200 with hot or cold water. pH 13.4 – 13.9
