  2. More facts... • The worlds first bridge was created between the years1176 and 1209.It was created in London and its one of the earliest and long lasting bridges .

  3. Continued • The most popular bridge is Ponte Vecchio,it is located in the city of Florence,it also was built in 1345.

  4. Iron Brigde:AD 1779 • It was the worlds first iron bridge,it was over 100ft and located Coalbrookedale,it weighed over 378 tons.

  5. Historical facts! • The government bridge, or Arsenal Bridge. This was the first bridge ever created in America, it connected chicago and the rock island railroad during the 1850s.

  6. More facts about bridges • One of most special bridges of the middle ages were known as water mills they were used as a source of power.
