ECVET in practice

ECVET (European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training) and EQF (European Qualifications Framework) serve as vital tools in enhancing the comparability of vocational education and training (VET) across Europe. ECVET focuses on the transfer and accumulation of learning outcomes, promoting voluntary transnational cooperation while recognizing diverse qualifications and their associated points. Similarly, EQF acts as a common reference framework, helping to link various countries' qualification systems through 8 levels, emphasizing learning outcomes. Together, these frameworks aim to improve accessibility and transparency in qualifications.
