  3. Repair model: Equipment

  4. Condom over meat, cut ends

  5. Condom over Butterfinger, cut 4-5 cm cut in “rectal mucosa”

  6. Position anatomically

  7. Rectal Mucosa Repair

  8. Rectovaginal Fascia

  9. Rectal Sphincter • Repair the two “severed” end of the rectal sphincter with 4 interrupted sutures • Use 2-0 Vicryl • Follow the order of PISA, per favore!

  12. Checking the Sphincter

  13. Vaginal Repair: Apex to hymen

  14. Transition & Crown stitches

  15. Perineal interrupted stitches
