Current Situation - MOU Signed expanded MOU in November 2003 MOU involves coordinated testing and acceptance of test reports Current scope of MOU covers categories from previous 1996 MOU plus Low Voltage Distribution and Control Equipment Now covers concurrent and sequential project submittals Based on the mutual experience between UL and CSA as well as significant ongoing validation/ verification activities

Current Situation - CAA Signed in November 2003 CA Agreement covers acceptance of components submitted as part of end-products One of key Guiding Principles of Agreement is that components have equivalent Follow-Up Programs The scope of CA Agreement is limited to a subset of the Low Voltage Control and Distribution Equipment categories covered by the UL-CSA MOU Based on the mutual experience between UL and CSA as well as significant ongoing validation/ verification activities
