  2. Test Administration Window Many districts have Spring Break the week of March 25, 2013 February 25th to March 29th

  3. Key Dates January 2013 • All test administrators and second raters entered into TIDE • Students requiring Second Rater will be identified in TIDE • AASCD staff training completed

  4. Key Dates February 2013 • Materials arrive in districts: 2/11/13 • TIDE window re-opens: 2/11/13 • order additional test kits • enter new students • Data Entry Interface (DEI) guide becomes available • Testing window opens: 2/25/13 • 1stopportunity for test administrators to view Data Entry Interface (DEI)

Remember • Any staff who administers the AASCD must attend training • Only district staff with ODE certification, licensure or permit are permitted to administer the test • Mozilla Firefox is the only search engine with the ability to access the testing system • Test materials received by districts must be considered secure • Same requirements as OAA and OGT materials
