C-vent tips - Summary • Membership is from 7/1 – 6/30 each year • TRUE • When the July event opens for registration everyone will be considered a member • FALSE • When registering, it doesn’t mater which membership type you choose since they are all $15. • FALSE • It is best to register each attendee separately. • FALSE • Invitations may be forwarded to admin or group leader. Registering on one transaction saves the Chapter processing fees. • If paying by check, mail payments to the Treasurer before the registration deadline, which is one week before the event. • TRUE • If you don’t need the CPE credits, no need to sign in • FALSE • Sign in sheets re very important – this is how we will track attendance and also create the CPE certificates.
