Q1: How did a massive amount of British troops died compared to the hand full of American soldiers? • The Americans had 441 wound or killed at the end of the battle compared to the 1,054 British troops who were wounded or killed. • The Americans had defensive system of all these earthworks mostly from build trenches. • The British came running up the hill and retreat awhile the Americans were firing.

Q2: What battle Strategies were used during the battle • The Americans were trying to lose as little people as possible. • The British were trying to make the Americans ran out of ammo so there can have a full charge with there bayonet and massacre the then defensive less American defense force.

  4. Q3: What were the sort of weapons were brought and how many brought • The most common weapon was a musket. • The British Had a lot of bayonet and cannons firing from the ships toward the hill. • Pistols were used for light weight weapons.

Q4: Who were some of the bigger generals and commanders in the battle? • Major General Israel Putnam and Colonel William Prescott were in charge of leading the American forces in the battle. • Lieutenant General Thomas Gage and Major General William Howe were leading the British forces • The British Military weren’t happy with the outcome of this battle and Gage was replaced with Howe and there dismissed from the British Military.
