Documentation Each course Course Coordinator, Lead instructor, Assisting Instructors Lead instructor to email NRP Course Roster to central IAP office with copy to Co-state Coordinator, Zonal Coordinator IAP office will send certificates/cards to course coordinator for distribution to participants System is essential to maintain record

Documentation Lead instructor to keep Roster form and Master Recording Sheet for 3 years Course coordinator to keep signed attendance sheet and individual recording sheets/answer sheets of each participant for one year.     16. Review & Audit The Core Committee will meet once every 3-6 months to Review the number and type of courses in each zone Prepare the roll out plan for the ensuing months Discuss expenses incurred and potential sponsorship issues Take stock of manikins, resuscitation kits etc
