  2. CURRENT Client Based with the ability to transmit data through the internet or a direct dial-up connection. Required to “replicate” data to transmit and receive updates. Application software is required to be installed on the users computer. REVISED Browser based “Real” time system, no “replication” required No application software will be required to be installed on the users computer. Current vs. Revised System

  3. Access to System • Users will have individual login accounts • Users can login using any computer that has Internet access

  4. Login Screens Click OK

  5. SSL Notification Click Yes

  6. Application Login Click OK

  7. Click here to create a New Admission

  8. New Admission Click on arrow

  9. Select from List or type in corresponding number

  10. Select Service Location

  11. Based upon the location selected, the applicable Service/Program Types will appear

  12. Based upon location and Program/Service Type selected Special Treatment/Recovery Program will appear

  13. Complete the remaining section questions Click on Next to continue

  14. If the Client has already been entered into the system an error message will appear

  15. If the client was not a duplicate, the following section will appear

  16. Select Transaction Type from the drop down

  17. Select Referral Source

  18. Click Next once all questions have been completed

  19. If Mixed Race is selected, the following list will appear

  20. Select State “Ethnicity”

  21. Select Impairments

  22. Click Next to continue

  23. Select Primary Problem

  24. Select Primary Route

  25. Click on next to continue

  26. Select Employment Status

  27. Click on next to continue

  28. Select Criminal Justice Status

  29. Select CIW Priority Status, if applicable

  30. Click Next to continue

  31. Click Next to continue

  32. Click Next to continue

  33. Once all admission questions have been completed Click on Finalize Admission

  34. Discharge Client OR, click on Search Click on desired client

  35. Enter Search criteria Click Search

  36. Click on link to open, or search again

  37. Begin answering discharge questions

  38. Click Next to continue

  39. Click Next to continue

  40. Click Next to continue

  41. Click Next to continue

  42. Click Next to continue
