Always try to start the task that require maximum effort and time. (Kill the elephant first!) So you will give your best to finish the task in time. That will increase your productivity as per many experts. Still this varies from resource to resource. In most cases, due to change of priorities by the client or boss, you may be required to change your plan. So your whole task priority will change accordingly. But still having well defined priorities and clarity helps maintain the required focus and push. In the end we all go home Happy! Over to you We all have our priorities; be it at work or at home.
