  3. National Collaborations PAC– NIAC – Transforming Adolescent Catechesis has six sites for this year *Are accepting applicants for 2014 *Confirmation Project is full for 2013. Open for applications for 2014. *Ela Milewska will move to part-time status and become Project Coordinator. The PAC members have accepted various leadership roles. http://adolescentcatechesis.org/

National Collaborations ACLEM – ALLIANCE for the Certification of Lay Ecclesial Ministers *NCCL has received three applications for Admission to Applicant status. 7 people have been nationally certified. We have two of the 8 candidates who will be advanced to the NCRC for national certification *Gary Pokorny serves on the Alliance Board along with the Ex. Dir. and as the NCCL Rep on the NCRC

National Collaborations Diocesan Educational/Catechetical Leadership Institute • Webinars are now FREE • Track One – New Leadership • Track Two – Veteran Leadership • Track Three – New Evangelization • Track IV • Webinars are now listed under ten topics. National Collaborations Strong Catholic Families, Strong Catholic Youth • Four Step Parish Process – The current “three step” parish process has been revised to four steps to include a first step of “Parish Assessment/Readiness”. • Develop a shortened PPT version (15-20 minutes) of the Parish Leader Session. • Short videos being produced to be used in Phase One and Diocesan preparedness

Small Successes • Gina has prepared Conference 2014 on-line • Increased sales through the NCCL Amazon Bookstore - $326.43 in first 10 months, $463.98 last ten months, latest - $480.91 • NCCL Conference Registration on-line • NCCL Registration payment on-line • National Certification is growing. • CL Weekly has had a consistent record – 335 issues • Committee work and participation grows in work completed
