Rules & regulation for Distt: level body election • Be prepare a list of all NCPG employees (Ops, Switching, Transmission, administration etc.) working in district level. • The voters will be only NCPG working staff in that district. • Be prepare an election council for arranging election at Distt: level • More than one group be participate in election. • All groups are restricted that more than two persons not included from one Tehsil. • After completion of election, winner group body will be announced. • The group will be responsible for all matters of staff relating to that Distt: level NCPG staff (i.e. leave problem, medical facility problem of staff or other any problems relate to PTCL etc.) • It is the responsibility of Distt: level body to initiate all issues relating to NCPG staff to Provincial level body for solution.

Rules & regulation for Provincial level body election • The voters will be only NCPG elected bodies of all districts of provincial. • Be prepare an election council for arranging election at provincial level • More than one group be participate in election. • All groups are restricted that more than one person not included in their from one District. • After completion of election, winner group body will be announced. • The group will be responsible for all matters of staff relating to that provincial level NCPG staff (i.e. leave problem, medical facility problem of staff or other any problems relate to PTCL etc.) • It is the responsibility of provincial level body to initiate all issues relating to NCPG staff to Federal level body for solution.

Rules & regulation for Federal level body election • The voters will be only NCPG elected bodies of all provincial of the country. • Be prepare an election council for arranging election at federal level • More than one group be participate in election. • All groups are restricted that more than tow persons not included in their group from one provincial. Minimum one person must be participated from all provincial in one group. • After completion of election, winner group body will be announced. • The group will be responsible for all matters of staff relating to all provincials level NCPG staff (i.e. leave problem, medical facility problem of staff or other any problems relate to PTCL etc.) • It is the responsibility of federal level body to initiate all issues relating to NCPG staff to Management of PTCL for solution.

  7. Miscellaneous Rules &regulations. • All elected bodies are abide by for holding meeting minimum one time in the month. • All elected persons must have their E-mail addresses for sending receiving information from higher ups to lower level. • All elected bodies are responsible to announce “Agenda” which discussed in the meeting. • For example; If Federal body holding any meeting, the discussed matter be spread through E-mail to All provincial bodies. And all provincial bodies are to spread that agenda to all Distt level bodies. And Distt level bodies are responsible to send that information to all NCPG staff in the Distt. • Same criteria will be adopted by all level bodies.
