  3. Goals and Outcomes • For each use case, identify the features that are needed • Summarize the features for each product or service • Document product recommendations

  4. Process • Brainstormed features, use cases, and products (includes services) • Marked the features that fit each use caseand product • Recognized that many features overlapped many products, so changed focus from products to broad video overview and use cases
