Meeting Minutes • Elected: • Technical Leader: Soon Chung • Moderator: Jihie Kim • Scriber: Hyo-Joo Han • Proposed Activities: • Group communication: using Google Group (or something else) • Technical collaboration: • Sharing the information about current technical issues, trends and available resources • Posting the problems/questions regarding on-going projects, and sharing problem-solving ideas and suggestions • Providing comments/suggestions on technical articles (if requested) • Sharing teaching materials (such as ppt files of lectures, class project ideas and evaluation methods, exercise questions and answers, reference materials, etc.) • Inviting the members to serve on the committees of conferences, to organize special tracks for conferences, to submit papers to special journal issues, to serve on proposal review panels, and so on. • Personal mentoring: based on mutual agreement and context
