  5. Solution • Individual meetings with faculty members • Group discussions with entire faculty • Group mini-training meetings • Group training days

  6. Outcomes • Increased understanding of manikin’s capabilities • Increased number of simulation scenarios vs. skill specific stations • Prepared ahead of time instead of last minute • Timely ordering of appropriate supplies
