  4. Finding, Downloading, and Using Apps Find App Store Application on your iPad and press it Search app store by using search option for educational apps. Choose applications that are relevant for what you need. (Flashcards or study apps for studying, News apps or historical apps for history classes, experiment ideas for science, lesson planning, etc.)

Pros and Cons of IPads/IPods in the Classroom Cons Pros • Can be a distraction • Difficulty with typing on touch screen could slow work pace • Problems sharing in classroom because of single profile on iTunes • Communication tool • Connections to eBooks • Easy to use • User friendly even to students with disabilities
