  1. Spicy Beanburgers 1 4 2 3 Blitz 1 slice of bread in processor until crumbs. Put into mixing bowl Collect your equipment Remove the seeds from 1 chilli Peel half an onion 7 8 6 5 On a floured chopping board, shape into 8 patties Blitz kidney beans, onion, chilli, 1 tsp chilli powder and 1 tsp mixed herbs Add mixture to bowl with the breadcrumbs Drain 1 tin of kidney beans using a colander 9 11 12 10 Place burgers’s in the pitta and serve with salad Thinly slice (julienne) ¼ of a cucumber and finely dice 2 tomatoes Place under the grill and cook for 4 minutes on each side Slice the pitta breads in half, and gently open
