  1. Acuity How to Pull Class Roster Report Roster reports provide completion and performance tier data on assessment testing.

  2. Choose Reports then Roster Reports.

  3. Choose Class Roster.

  4. Choose Subject then Diagnostic then Class. Choose Get Report.

  5. The report shows overall score per student and date they completed the test. Also note at the top it shows the number of students who completed the test. * If a student has not tested it will be blank across the row.

  6. If you choose View Class Assessment Report, you can see the Tier Distribution.

  7. If you scroll further down, you can see a breakdown of student performance on each concept along with a description of the concept.

  8. You can also choose Print Version.

  9. This will open the report in a new window. You can print by hovering the mouse over the bottom of the page to reveal the printer option. This is a condensed report.
