  9. DutiesTechnical Paper Reviewer • Read manuscripts for technical content and grammar • Provide constructive input to improve technical papers • Upload reviews using SAE’s MyTechZone • Approve (or disapprove) manuscript for publication & inclusion in SAE Journals

  10. QualificationsTechnical Paper Reviewer • Skill and expertise in the technology area of paper(s) being reviewed • Objectivity • Excellent grammar skills • Willingness to help others

  11. Time CommitmentTechnical Paper Reviewer • Varies based on number of papers reviewed • On average, 6-8 hours are required to read & review an 8-12 page manuscript
