  7. 蔬菜俗諺 目賙花花，匏仔看做菜瓜。 ~匏仔和絲瓜因為長得像，沒注意看，就會常常弄錯。所以，一般說人眼花看錯人或東西，就這麼說。

  8. 人若衰,種匏仔生菜瓜 ~種匏仔是不可能生出菜瓜來的，是比喻人的運氣不佳，意思是明明看準了，做下去還是失敗了。

  9. 一叢菜，一百個拜 • 形容一株菜從播種、栽培、膠水、施肥到收成，必須人彎腰俯身不下一百次，有如一百拜，比喻粒粒皆辛苦。
