  2. Lima Centro de Convenciones (LCC) • Location : Centro Cultural de la Nación, Av. Arqueología esq. Av. Del Comercio - District of San Borja. • Area: 85,441.39 m2. • Capacity: 9,950 persons • Status: Currently in construction by the company Constructora OAS S.A. Branch of Peru. • Total investment : S/. 534,841,943.23 ( SNIP Code N° 269264) includes the technical file, infrastructure, technology, furniture, equipment and supervision. • Culmination: was concluded before the Annual Meeting of Governors of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (October 2015), held in the city of Lima.

Description of Infrastructure CONFERENCE ROOMS: • Level 1: 2 rooms of 1,800 m2 e/o – 1200 persons. • Level 4: 2 rooms of 750 m2, 1 room of 225 m2, 1 room of 150 m2, 2 rooms of 300 m2 , 2 rooms of 450 m2. • Level 5: 1 room of 150 m2 , 1 room of 225 m2. • Level 6: 2 rooms of 750 m2, 1 room of 150 m2, 1 room of 225 m2, 1 room of 450 m2. • Level 8: Plenary room 5,250 m2. Total area : 14,925 m2 Total quantity of persons : 9,950

  4. Description of Infrastructure LOWER LEVELS : • Basements 1, 2, 3 and 4: 4 underground levels of parkings for 945 units. • Truck parking : loading and discharge dock. OUTSIDE • Private bus stop (in square of Culture).
