The AU-NEPAD Capacity Development Strategic Framework (CDSF) is Africa’s unified approach to capacity development, aimed at addressing systemic, organizational, and individual challenges. The framework facilitates the transformation of development practices by integrating capacity development into sectoral interventions and empowering public, private, and civil society institutions. It promotes collaboration through the Africa Platform for Development Effectiveness (APDev), fostering knowledge sharing and mutual learning among stakeholders. By aligning resources and strategies, the framework aims to strengthen Africa’s developmental outcomes and institutional capacities.
