Leadership • Teachers as the focus of leadership • Hughes Inorder for teachers to become technological leaders in the classroom, they first need to build up their skill set on ICT • Importance of understanding the process of gaining knowledge on ICT: One could “expect that teachers who learn about technology from a content perspective may be more likely to use it to support content learning, whereas teachers who learn it as a skill may have greater difficulty using the technology for educative purposes”
