    4. OBJETIVOS Disear un mecanismo tcnico y poltico de Gestin Integral del agua en la Regin, con enfoque de gestin integral de cuencas hidrogrficas. Liderar y disear un proceso de anlisis participativo y descentralizado de los aspectos relacionados a la gestin del agua, con enfoque de gestin integral de cuencas hidrogrficas en la Regin Cajamarca. Elaborar propuestas de polticas para de gestin integral del agua a nivel de la Regin, en el marco de lo establecido en la poltica y normativa nacional

    20. LECCIONES APRENDIDAS Los procesos participativos inclusivos garantizan la apropiacin, compromiso, y legitimidad de las polticas pblicas en agua y saneamiento. La vocacin poltica de concertar en los diversos niveles de gobierno promueve la participacin democrtica de los actores en la toma de decisiones sobre las polticas pblicas.
