Delaware County Secondary Transition Council 2014-2015 MEETING SCHEDULE • November 19, 2014 • December 10, 2014 • March 18, 2015 • April 15, 2015 Each meeting will run from 12:30 pm-2:00 pm, with the option of coming early to participate in the Community of Practice Webinar Series “Making Transition Happen: Dream, Believe, Achieve” from 9:00 am-11:00 am.
