County Council Motion, December 16, 2008 A Motion was made by Mr. Dukes, seconded by Mr. Phillips, to authorize County staff to issue an RFP (for cost alternatives for wastewater treatment and disposal services for the Wolfe Neck Treatment Facility and City of Rehoboth). Motion Adopted: 4 Yeas, 1 Nay.
