This case study outlines the implementation of Maxamine at the Social Security Administration (SSA) to assist web managers with their annual OMB website certification requirements. Facing challenges due to the widespread distribution of web management roles, SSA developed concise, tailored reports for approximately 100 web managers. These reports, linked to OMB requirements, were generated as scheduled outputs sent directly to managers, eliminating the need for them to access Maxamine. Improved metrics between December 2006 and June 2007 demonstrate significant advancements in link integrity and metadata compliance.
