  2. Goals for PI Holders • Have accurate registry data • Have a clear relationship to the NCC so data can be rigorously maintained • Clarify who may update, LIR or PI Holder

  3. Objectives • Accurate registry data • Make it easy for PI Holders to keep data current • Make it easy for RIPE NCC to give service to PI Holders • Simplify and regularize policy as much as possible

  4. Proposed • Members with PI can register it, or • PI holders may become members, or • PI holders may stay under an LIR, or • Non-members may register PI resources directly with new PI Service Agreement • RIPE NCC will deal reasonably with edge cases
